To bid at the Auctions we will require a minimun 35% of your maximun BID amount. If we dont win the vehicle the deposit will be 100% refunded, and we waived our fee for the next 2 vehicles of the list.
If you win the vehicle, the customer will be 100% responsible to cover the balance of the vehicle including auction Fees, title transfer, taxes and rebuilt inspection process ( If Applies ) including Transportation to your destination. ” Deposit will not be refundable ”
If you win the vehicle, and you fail to complete the final payment for any reason ” Deposit and our fee will not be refundable ” Since we have to pay Auction Penalties.
All vehicles are sold “AS IS” unless Auction Sell the vehicle Green light and seller provides warranty.
